"The accommodations at this “hotel” were not acceptable and did not provide a safe or comfortable environment for my family. The hotel room had no working air conditioning, and the temperature became extremely uncomfortable (it was 96 F). Our children were unable to sleep due to the heat. Opening the windows was not a practical solution because there were no window screens/nets, and the constant traffic noise outside made it impossible to get fresh air or rest.
