「Our stay was amazing! The property was clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Simplicity at its finest. The drive to Big Bend was easy from this location. Sat gazing on the top deck was perfection. Will definitely visit again. 」

「We stayed here for two nights while visiting the McDonald Observatory in the Davis Mountains. The unit itself was clean, the A/C worked very well, and there was plenty of hot water.There were, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The photos of the back patio are outdated. The space currently has a patio table and a plastic picnic table, but the patio table hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The umbrella was a nice touch and provided good shade, but there was an empty water...

I loved having a bath in the claw foot tub, it was so relaxing. It’s located at the far end of Alpine but the town is small enough it is easy to get around. The town has a lot of cute restaurants and shops.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Kingfisher. It was perfectly located to explore the Big Bend Area and a great place to just relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises, starry nights and sunsets. This modern home was clean, very comfortable and “well equipped”. Check in and checkout was effortless. Highly recommended stay…we stayed 5 nights and was sad to leave.」
