"Rooms were very clean and all the amenities were well kept. The staff seemed very annoyed when we sat for the buffet as there were no indications where to go to have them seat you and it looked like everyone was just seating themselves, some workers were talking "smack" in Spanish about me and my husband when we did get a seat. Hotel staff was very nice but some restaurant staff were rude and seemed impatient"

"Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a strong odor (smelled like a hot sweaty Italian kitchen). The air conditioner was turned off, air was stagnant. Turned it on, and it started making noise. Turned in lamp on the desk, and it was flashing. Talk about a vertigo trigger! I immediately went back to the front desk, and requested another room. There were no other King rooms available, so I was placed in a double queen room. Smelled much better. The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The carpet is old, the sink had cracks in it, as did the tub. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service, and the patio just look neglected. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again."
