「I reserved through Expedia months before my stay which was for a big BTS concert. I called a week before my stay and spoke with Aldo. He told me he was not able to confirm my reservation because it was BTS weekend, however, I had made reservations a day before the venue I could be okay but, not sure I would get a room. I reiterated that I had my reservations months prior. I arrived at Ted Roof Inn West and spoke with Aldo. He asked me to come back at 3 pm, however he could still not guarantee me...
