Would be 5 stars, but no breakfast yet! Other than that it is a great place to stay. I stay here for work. I like that the beds are made daily and the place is clean.

The pool has no water. The bolt on the door was missing. I couldn't get the key to work my door half the time. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

First room I was put in was dirty, the bed linens were not changed. The pillow case was still dirty from the night before. The bed shirts were still dirty from the previous night. I was “upgraded” to a new room and at least the linens were clean. I was still afraid to sleep there but I had no choice. I set down some of my clothing first to sleep on that on top of their linens. The towels were thin and scratchy. They were also stained with make up stains. Toilets in both rooms were running all night long. I slept well because the room was air conditioned very well and I was exhausted. I was given a late check out and was treated very nicely by the staff. They were very kind. Hotel hallway carpet was filthy. Smelled like someone had gone around and peed on it. That hotel needs a complete overhaul. Needs to be gutted and redone from the ground up. The exterior is well lit but I was afraid to walk in at the time that I did when I drove up at 11:20 pm. You get what you pay for and it wasn’t even that inexpensive.

Desk help were nice people and that pretty much the best of it. Room smell, halls smell and my rooms water was no pressure and the tub did not drain well. The bedding had stains on it.

Instant regret the minute I walked through the door. The lobby was very dirty and it had a weird smell. The walk to the elevator was terrible it smelled like a pet shop. The 2nd floor wasn’t any better I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. Surprisingly the room was clean and the ac worked, def not coming back.

Staff here was nice and it made for a quick check in. Welcomed our pets and didn't charge extra for them. That was a big deal as we have two Sphynx cats. Many places that say pet friendly will only allow dogs. Cats are pets too. If you want a decent and affordable place to stay. I would recommend this.

Dog friendly. Staff is extremely nice to our dogs whereas before they have been disrespected by people so its nice to stay here with respect not only to us but our fur babies!! The staff is out of this world!! The best!! Kamilla (hope i spelt her name right) is one of the VERY best.. I will definitely recommend Red Roof Inn and Suites Midland Tx. I actually feel safe here and thats a us on my part. Keep up the good work!! The rooms are clean. I love the tub.. Awesome place!!

The hotel smelled of marijuana. The sink in the bathroom was cracked in half. The countertop was cracked and poorly mended. The hallway carpets were in need of cleaning. I do have to say that on a positive note it was quiet despite being so close to the interstate.

The front desk Manager went out of her way for my comfort and security. Even jotted down delivery food number and helped with expediting the order. Ashley who is Housekeeping helped me with an issue with oil in my car, she also assisted the following morning with helping me. Amazing customer service!!!!!!
