"Front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. The restraunt staff not so much. Waited over 30 minutes at the restraunt just to order as they werent answering the phone for room service. Then missing multiple items from the order. Restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming. Alyssa at the front desk was great in handling the situation and getting everything fixed!! This place is one of our family's favorite quick getaway spot. Great for families!!!"

"I had the best smoked chicken at this hotel. The room was very clean and I really liked the atmosphere."

"I was erroneously charged for the airport park and stay. I never registered nor used the service but was surprised to see an additional $50 charge upon my receipt. The front desk staff said they thought I used the park and ride, which implies they simply add this charge and hope people don’t question it. I highly recommend to always request your receipt at this location. The front desk stay advised me her manager would handle the refund. I will say they handled the refund within the same day. "

"The establishment is quite dated and does not appear to have received any recent updates. This would be fine except that it does not match with the $500+/per night for a basic room with two queen beds. They also seemed to be understaffed for what would be an expected busy time of the year (Spring Break). There were no towels at the pool, and multiple calls from multiple guests led to no response. After about an hour, bath towels were brought out. In our room, we had 3 guests, when services came, they only made up the room for 2. The onsite restaurant was not staffed to handle basic reservations. Staff was not welcoming or friendly. "
