"Absolutely horrible experience. It was very cold at night heater or fire place wasn't working. Was not able to reach anyone to turn it on. Had 2 kids with us. Oh forgot to mention the giant rat causally sitting on top of the microwave and going through things in the kitchen. I didn't sleep all night. Ran away as soon as the sun was up. Didn't stay second night. Contacted property several times including through expedia agent. Refused refund (just took my money for the second night i didn't stay). Is dirty and outdated and no refunds. Even though i showed them a video of the rat. So 100% do not recommend. Lake front is the only positive but there's plenty of renovated hotels with good customer service with the same view literally next door. "

"It was a beautiful and clean property, extremely well maintained. It was quiet. They had a pool, hot tub, basketball courts, pickle ball and corn hole games. The 1 bedroom apartment to our surprise had washer and dryer, fireplace and was very relaxing and quiet. Highly recommend this property."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. "

"This is the absolutely cutest hotel. It's not too far of a walk to the downtown and they have a very cool classy 70s aesthetics. In the lobby, they have complementary coffee, tea and water, as well as some video games and comfy couches and the rooms are comfortable."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it? Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5"
