LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs the second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Washer dryer available..

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy a spacious front deck and fully fenced back yard perfect for your furry friend to run around in! The owner has also provided a shed with bikes, snow sleds, horseshoes, and cornhole. We ask that you kindly put away these items when not in use.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
