You must be 21+ to book this property. Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and Good Neighbor Policy, which includes county rules: no parties, no excessive noise, proper trash disposal, and no extra parking. Violations may result in citations of up to $1,500. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful stay for all.
Check-In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please ensure the welcome submission form is completed prior to your arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets:
We welcome up to 3 dogs with a $60 pet fee per dog. Please keep pets off furniture and beds at all times. If you leave the property, ensure dogs are crated. Dogs must always be leashed and kept close while outdoors. We kindly ask for your help in maintaining the space for future guests.
Trash Disposal:
• Black Cart: Household trash, food waste, bagged animal waste, lightweight plastics, styrofoam, and clothing.
• Blue Cart: Flattened cardboard, paper, newspapers, magazines, aluminum, tin, lightweight metals, glass bottles, jars, and cartons.
• Not Accepted: Electronics, batteries, dirt, rocks, construction debris, and hazardous waste.
Please note: There is a $65 fee per trash bag left behind.
Fireplace:
We provide a complimentary bundle of wood per stay. Always ensure the chain link guard is closed while the fire is lit. Turn the ring flute to the right before starting the fire. Only natural wood or firelogs are permitted.
Kitchen Cleanup:
Please wash and put away dishes used during your stay. A cleaning fee will be applied for excessive kitchen mess left behind. Help us maintain the cabin for the next guests by leaving the kitchen tidy.
BBQ:
Clean the grill after use and ensure the propane tank valve is closed to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill fees of $100.
Thermostat:
Adjust to your desired temperature during your stay but please reset it to 65° upon check-out to conserve energy.
Spa:
Please rinse off before entering the spa to prevent oil and makeup build-up. Set the spa temperature back to 95° after use. If the water becomes murky, a $175 fee will be applied for a dump and refill service. Always ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly after each use to maintain cleanliness and warmth.
Snow Removal:
Shovel and salt are provided on the property for light snow clearing. Plow services will arrive during or after 3 inches of snowfall. Please use the provided tools as needed.
