"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. "The place is in terrible condition. The aircon is not cold enough. No toilet paper. Has no hot shower. No kettle pot. Was only given one towel because that’s what they had. Good thing i brought my own. "
