Quiet, clean room with a fantastic view. Staff were polite and kind. The slippery tile in the guest room was concerning after taking a shower, and the thermostat controlled aircon was a bit confusing. Despite those problems, I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

This hotel is excellent, very clean, safe and the staff are very friendly and professional, close to shopping areas, very accessible to everyone, I always stayed here everytime I come home to naga city.

The place is walking distance to a shopping mall Robinson's Mall that has almost everything you'll need. They have access on the second floor to the mall. Breakfast was not included & way too expensive!!!

Normally when i stay here the treatment is outstanding. Don't want to give a full review cause im still at the hotel and im sure the staff will treat me even worse cause they gossip too much. But its ok i Won't be coming back here again

The whole experience was superb. Staff were courteous and respectful. The only flaw was the pool. The area was dark. And the water was itchy.
