Everything about it is what you would expect at a Marriott anywhere else in the world except for the concierge staff. The excellent concierge staff certainly justified the 5th star.

From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Covered my needs. Im a guy just neef a bed pillow and a working toilet to be satisfied. Average area felt safe at all times. When traveling solo again i will def consider staying again

Very well maintained property. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue was at check-in. I had reserved a room for a half day as my flight left in the evening. I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine.

Fantastic experience. The concierge, the restaurant and the bartenders were all top notch. Looking forward to a return trip to Kathmandu and the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Rooms and facilities are updated to modern standards but the entire complex retains its heritage. numerous excellent restaurants in the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful but very professional. Very comfortable bed, reliable internet, spacious and bright room. Close to the city but quiet.

My friends and I stayed at Mulberry a month ago and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we came back into Kathmandu, we went to another hotel. But we didn’t like it, so we walked over to Mulberry and asked if they had a room for us and they did! So we stayed there twice. Thank you to Mulberry!

It was a very convenient location for exploring. I was able to visit ost places on foot. The room was bery compfy and absolutely quiet, despite being on a main road. All the staff were efficient and polite. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Quite and peaceful

Beautiful old hotel that has been turned into a castle. The bathrooms have been updated in the rooms but they have left a lot of the original woodwork and authentic details around the hotel. They have a wonderful free breakfast buffet as well as a beautiful pool area with a pool bar!

After completing a week long volunteer project in Chitwan, I splurged on two nights at the Yak & Yeti to recharge. It lived up to my expectation. The rooms were well appointed, modern and clean. The free, high-speed wi-fi was an added bonus in a city that has sporadic Internet access. The food at the sunrise cafe, pool side and The Chimney restaurant was excellent and well priced. It was perfect in every way. Staff, amenities, cleanliness, food, and location. Enjoyed the one day with Dom Himalaya. A music video shooting was going on all day, because they found this hotel to be the perfect location for a romantic video shoot. Loved the hotel and will definitely return.
