"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "I arrived at 8:30pm with my elderly parents after a long travel only to find that the hotel denied any booking, they admitted fault but did not have any rooms. The manager tried to blame Expedia and did offer other hotels which I had to book. At 9:30pm we ended up in an average hotel and had to chance the next day. The whole experience was awful and beware if you are booking through Expedia or Hotels.com as even if you have a confirmed booking, there is no guarantee. "
