「The Best Inn is a single-story motel with parking in front of most rooms. Our room was clean and quiet and contained all the necessary conveniences - TV, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hair dryer, etc. Complimentary coffee was provided in the office, but there was no breakfast. Check -in and check-out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage we found in our room was the internet connection, which was relatively weak. We were unable to stream movies or consistently access...

「We arrived very very late. Early in the morning. I called and told them and they made sure to give us a ground floor room near the door so we wouldn’t bother anyone perhaps and to be able to slip in quietly. Hotel was extremely clean, modern and extremely comfy bed and pillows. Our dog even got a treat bag. Exceptional hotel and management. We will return! Didn’t get to have breakfast because we were still asleep but didn’t hear anyone! And the coffee was freshly brewed in the beautiful clean...

「We have stayed at this hotel before but will not again. We specifically love the large slide at the pool for my young daughter. Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced and was closed on this trip, but was understandable. However, we booked a double queen room, but instead were given a queen and a pull out couch. The A/C in our room also did not work. Definitely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Salina. 」

「Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. 」

「This place was nothing like it was advertised! It was under construction, pool closed, breakfast area appeared to be blocked off. Construction workers everywhere. Parking lot was a mess, looked like just a vacant building. It was right next to a truck stop, nothing else in the area. I was traveling with 3 teenagers and didn’t feel safe at this hotel, so we did not stay there. Now fighting trying to get reimbursed even after buying travel insurance. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there!!」
