"This hotel should not be a 5 star hotel. Here are some of the reasons why…..It took them until 4:45 pm to clean our rooms even though I told them we had left the room at 11 am. The hair dryer didn’t work and I asked for a replacement, but it never came. When I asked for change at the bar they said they didn’t have any. When I then told them I couldn’t leave a tip, they miraculously found change. We asked for an early check in the day before, but they said nothing was available when we arrived at 12 noon. The spa area was nice, but there was no place to change except in a small bathroom. Finally there was no concierge available on Sunday."

"Overall, the location is central and very close to the main train station (5 min walk). The rooms themselves were comfortable enough, and it looked like they were making updates to other rooms during my stay. It was also nice to have the espresso/coffee maker in the lobby. I do, however, have to single out an employee at the desk named Key, who was confrontational when checking in. For context, I booked and paid for my stay via Expedia and made sure to pay the remaining city tax balance prior to my in-person check-in. Despite this, he insisted that I still owed an additional €400+ even after showing proof of payment on both Expedia AND their own website. He ended up essentially double-charging me for the stay. When I went to the front desk the next morning and spoke with a different employee, they were able to refund me. Based on what she said, it sounds like this wasn't the first time this happened. For those looking to book your stay here, make sure they check their Expedia account from their end, as that is where your payment sits until they accept it."
