I really didn't like it when i wanted to make changes to nooking and the hotel wouldn't pick up the phone. I also sent emails and made requests on expedia app, but there no answer, which was disappointing. Then i had to send someone physically to do the needful.

"This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Food location clenliness was all superb. If i had to make a critism it would be the hidden €20 for parking the car. Include it in the price of the stay."
