「Zimmer, Badezimmer, Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Die Lage direkt an der Kreuzung an der Elsenbrücke laut, mit geschlossenen Dreifachfenstern ging es, für einen Städtetrip okay」

「Einwandfreie Wohnung, sehr einfacher Buchungsprozess, schneller Kontakt, U Bahn in der Nähe sorgt für super Bindung zur Innenstadt」

「Schöner Kurztrip zur Einschulung der Enkelin. Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet. Hat alles was man benötigt. Herrliche Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「Das Appartement war eimwandfrei. Selbst Kaffe wurde zu Verfügung gestellt. Sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Auch sehr flexibel.. wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken als geplant. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!! 」

「Die Buslinie 136 nach Spandau Rathaus ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Rewe, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Min. entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Min. 」

「This apartment is a conceptual gallery, full of aesthetic, and, idiosyncratic decor. Beautiful bath, spacious living areas, and a nice and dark bedroom are great. A kitchen with no sink? Almost No overhead lights, and those that are there have no clear way to turn them off? Better to light the walls and corners full of sculpture and installations.The included laundry was a plus, though hidden behind heavy wood pallets. The floor is split between “no shoes” and “must have shoes due to flaking...

「Very convenient for a shot Berlin trip. Well equipped but quite dusty without carpeting. Would profit from more coat hangers and cosy seating. The big screen is a waste with only high backed kitchen chairs to go in front.」

「This tiny flat was clean and pictures were accurate. Good area and easy check in. Downsides were precarious stairs up to a very hard bed, lack of basic amenities, and lack of host responsiveness. But for a single seasoned traveller that doesn't spend any time in the room, its fine」

So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」
