"The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again."

"Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Front desk staff and waitress were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and above expectations. Also appreciated the free coffee and cookies in the lobby. Hotel location was great, walkable to restaurants and shops yet away from the congestion. Parking garage was a little tricky with tight spaces but it worked."

"10/10 – Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend! We visited during peak fall season, and despite the hotel being completely booked, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and quiet it was! Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and we slept better here than at any hotel we’ve stayed at recently. The on-site restaurant was excellent! I highly recommend the breakfast buffet or enjoying a quiet dinner. With temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s, we even enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel also offers convenient on-site washers and dryers and a clean fitness room. My favorite part was the location! Easy access to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor without being right in the middle of all the noise and crowds."

"The room and bathroom was very clean. The view was amazing from our little deck and also from the community areas. There are nice community gathering areas. The parking was free and close to rooms. The air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The included breakfast options were adequate and convenient to get you moving. Location is excellent for Acadia and Bar Harbor. The only negative: there’s no air flow in the bathroom unless you leave the bathroom door open or open the small high window. This works well to let out the humidity once you’ve showered (weather can affect effectiveness). The window is facing front and next to the door but is high enough a casual observer can’t see in. Definitely not a deal breaker given great views and excellent location to Acadia and Bar Harbor."

"We were impressed with the tents for the most part. Bathroom area needs a curtain for privacy from main area and toilet for showering also needs a bench or small table for setting down clean clothest and toiletries.Plenty of room 3 open spaces in bathroom. We stayed in lodge for over 2 hours after breakfast. Employees never wiped down any tables or swept for 2 hours after breakfast service was done. We had to clean a table to play a game. Coffee and eggs and other food items were empty everyday and we had to ask for them all 3 days. Manager needs to get on his staff. Very poorly run breakfast service by a slow moving staff. We watched them chit chat for 2 hours before cleaning anything."
