"The room was clean and fairly spacious, but the kitchen was disappointing. It did not have a stove or any cooking facilities, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in that regard. Another issue was the size of the property. Because it is so large, the wait times for the elevators were excessive, and we often ended up taking the stairs instead. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around."

"Air con did not work. Stuck at 27.5c Transferred to another room this was stuck at 24.5c. Open windows but noise from air conditioning units was so loud. Wi fi not working, goes on and off. Call help desk and nobody answers. Disappointed stay this time. And we have stayed here three times in the last year."

"We got a room on the top floor which was completely over the top in terms of amenities, and it allowed my husband and I a separate bedroom from our teenage sons. The room also gave us access to the Executive Lounge which provided delicious breakfasts and dinners plus drinks all day long. Considering our 2 teenage sons, this was a HUGE benefit both in convenience and cost. We also loved the gym, pool and sauna."

"This is located a hundred metres from a subway station allowing access to the whole city. There is a local supermarket round the corner an easy walking distance to The mall of Berlin that has plenty in the way of eateries. The breakfast is more than adequate,although the coffee selection could be better. The staff will help with most things and you are able to purchase soft drinks and beer from reception. The rooms are very quiet with air conditioning, they are let down by the sinks which it is nigh on impossible to fit anything under the tap apart from the tiny glasses provided to refill a water bottle although signage encourages this. Potsdamer Platz is one stop or s short walk where you can use Europe's fastest elevator to view the area of the former death strip , a history is proved as well."
