Very well equipped and modern room. Should have checked a little more detail as no coffee supplied for the machine and no hairdryer but everything else was perfect. Staff were very friendly and online check in/out couldn’t be more easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz
construction in the area made it hard to find entrance. no signage to redirect guests. unhelpful approach from reception - had to ask for help to take up a kettle as I had to carry up my two bags. Charged €2 to store luggage for guests. Very basic service for a park inn hotel.

A truly awful place and the bed was so uncomfortable. I had to move to a different hotel. I was assured by Evie at the reception that I would receive a refund for last 3 nights which is why I decided to move and the after I left I was told that I wouldn’t receive this after all. Nice location, beautiful view. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. Room nice and we got an upgrade to room with a view.
