The ROSA LUXENBURG Apartment, minimum rental period 3 months
- Elegant and centrally located
one-room apartment.
Comfortable Futon double bed (140x200), bathroom with tub, space for a washing machine, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table with 2 chairs, in Berlin’s creative district.
The apartment is located in the side wing on the 2nd floor, without an elevator
. As a result, you won’t hear any street noise, yet you’re still right in the heart of the trendy neighborhood
. Check-in/out by arrangement.
Torstraße is a central thoroughfare in Berlin’s “Mitte” district, surrounded by the U8 and U2 subway lines and numerous streetcars. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach not only “Alexanderplatz,” “Hackescher Markt,” and “Unter den Linden,” but also the trendy “Scheunenviertel” neighborhood. The Scheunenviertel is famous for its creative scene, many young startups, excellent restaurants, cozy cafes, great bars, and a variety of small shops, theaters, and exhibitions.

The perfect home away from home
This little flat was such a delightful quiet, peaceful, clean, cozy, comfortable home away from home with everything I needed. The hosts were super kind and communicative. And all the little details taken care of, including little welcome chocolates on the bed. Location is excellent too - easy to walk places and get to public transit. Highly recommend!
