El incumplimiento de cualquiera de estas reglas es motivo de un cargo y/o se le puede pedir que abandone el apartamento:


- Está prohibido hacer ruidos fuertes en el apartamento o en la escalera entre las 21:00 y las 09:00.
El apartamento está equipado con un detector de ruido que activará la alarma en caso de que haya ruidos fuertes entre estas horas.


-La hora máxima de salida es a las 11 a. m. y no se olviden de tirar la basura en los contenedores del patio.


- está prohibido fumar, las mascotas, huéspedes sin registrar.


- Los daños a equipamiento conllevan cargo de la restitución.
