This was our fourth time staying on the property and we loved this house the most! Beautiful views and everything we needed!We can always count on it being very clean, which we appreciate! We love that it is close to the bike trails as well!Berkeley springs had some awesome new restaurants since we were there two years ago! Thanks for a great stay!

The home was just beautiful- even better than the pictures portrayed. The hosts stopped by to bring over a new battery for the fireplace remote, and they were so nice and friendly. The only drawback was that it rained our whole 2 days , so we were not able to enjoy the outdoors, the fire pit or even the starry night sky, which was a great disappointment. We were very grateful for the two big comfy chairs in front of the large Smart TV, and the ability to find some interesting things to watch on TV. And we enjoyed nice breakfasts in Berkeley Springs, and finally a hike at Cacapon State Park the day we were leaving. If we decide to visit the area again, we would love to return to this charming home!

A stunning property to explore with a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was perfect - seriously. The hosts provided detailed instructions and nothing was overlooked in the house. I highly recommend this destination. Only minutes from the heart of Bath/Berkeley Springs with lots of wildlife. Enjoy.

A lovely relaxing retreat. The hosts were excellent and accommodating. Check-in was no problem. My favorite part of the experience was all the natural light from the sunrises and sunsets allowed from the large windows in the living area. 10/10

We very much enjoyed the Cabin apartment and how peaceful it was especially! The Hosts were very responsive, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. Enjoyed the fire pit and all the treats and ingredients for making s'mores! Only 10 minutes away from the historic town of Berkeley Springs where there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and other entertainment. We definitely want to come back, thanks

This is one perfect spot in the mountains. Quiet, peaceful, clean, thoughtfully set up. I will most certainly be returning. I feel sorry in advance for future hosts, Patti and Bobbi have set the bar too high for others. Exceptional!

Loved the "barn". Charming. Wonderfully decorated. Cozy. Quiet. Although we were only a few miles from Berkeley Springs, it felt like we had a meadow hide away. Already considering another stay. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended.

We had to change dates, and the hosts responded quickly and kindly. This place was perfect! We loved everything about it. It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to rest and rejuvenate. The property is lovely and great to explore. The hosts had everything we needed in the house. They even left smore fixings and a fire starter for the fire pit. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Cell service is spotty, but that was a blessing for us. We'd definitely recommend, and we hope to be back.

Beautiful Property, very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked, had everything that you could possibly need. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. Would definitely recommend staying.

Post-School Year Writing Retreat

As a teacher, I needed something to look forward to for the end of my school year. This year I decided that a week away from the routines of my day-to-day life were in order; I've had an in-progress bit of writing collecting digital dust for longer than I'd like to admit.What I needed? Fresh air, a quiet property, and a natural setting in which I could take short strolls. Spotting wildlife, especially the local birds, in their natural habit would definitely be a plus! Anything to get my writing re-started...Patricia and Bill turned out to have the perfect location to meet my needs. The star reviews for the quality of life accommodations (cleanliness, ability to be in communication, facilities, etc.) were all 5/5 for very good reason.I couldn't recommend staying with them more!

Outstanding Cabin

The pictures for this cabin don't reflect how roomy and spacious this place is! It is a very clean, comfortable and quiet retreat. My wife and I had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book this place again if we are in the area.Thanks Patty and Bill for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place.

Great place top relax

Hate to leave a good review, might not be able to rent it again when I can back here. But since the hosts were outstanding I will. A lot larger inside than expected. Very home feel with a great view. Needed a couple of nights away and this was just the place. Close enough to town (awesome place to eat -Country Inn) yet far enough away to relax under a dark star filled sky. Do yourself a favor and enjoy almost heaven spot!

A Dream

Beautiful vacation home situated on a picturesque landscape. Peaceful and quiet, it's everything you would hope for as a get-away. The owners are so very kind and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely stay here again, and give my highest recommendation to other fellow travelers.

Retreat Get-away

Perfect place for us to escape the noise and have a weekend retreat! The location and the house were absolutely beautiful, peaceful and quiet Ideally suited for prayer as well as for relating. The house was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-apportioned and had everything you could need - including kitchen supplies and toiletries. The fireplace was a cozy spot for evening recollection and reflection. Great spaces to get a good walk, or to just sit and get a perspective. All of the sights and conveniences of Berkeley Springs were just a short car-ride away. We'll be back again! Thank you, Patricia, for making such a lovely home available to us!
