"Great location given walking proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Loved the walking path! Property was well maintained and very clean. Could not participate in the morning breakfast as way too many people (especially kids) for the space. There was food everywhere and people even sitting on the floor. Very unappetizing."

"Loved the private hot tub. Bed and loveseat were great. My overall experience was superb. My only complaint / wish that something was different was the TV. "I've stayed here 3 times and had mixed results. It is typically a great price for what you get, but there a a lot of units here and some have more privacy than others. This last time our unit was right next to the service area which always has action going on. I would have thought that would have been placed in a more remote area."
