「Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you」

「Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great. 」

「This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.」

「Perfect base of operations for our group.」

「Beautiful Beautiful 」

「We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us...

「This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.」

「The condo was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked and is in the beautiful Kingsmill Gated Community right next to Busch Gardens. Many attractions are located nearby. We had a great stay. 」

「Loved Karaoke but wish it was every night」

「We had a two bedroom suite that I booked through VRBO….that was the only part that made me apprehensive. I received communication shortly before our arrival date that suggested I should pretend to know the owners to avoid aggressive time share pitches. It really wasn't bad…maybe because I was not there with a spouse. Anyway, the property was clean, spacious, affordable, and filled with a variety of entertainment. It was eight minutes to Colonial Williamsburg and about eleven minutes to Publix...

「We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...
