「We had a terrible start to our vacation due to a late flight, we had to catch a late train and we were unsure if we could even check in. Owner was able to help us. We’re very appreciative, this trip could’ve been awful but the owner turned it around into a good trip. Thank you. 」
「We just had a 1 night stay on a Sunday (which did limit our dining options). Hotel is walkable (with luggage) from/to the train station, which added to its already very good value. We enjoyed its quiet location, short walk to old town (to see the “required” statues of Cyrano & the river). Clean & comfortable room. We did not partake of breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff (helping me to print some required paperwork & advising on dining options).」

「À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un très bel accueil par la patronne de l'hôtel " Le Tropicana" des informations et des conseils sur les loisirs de la région. L'hôtel est très sympathique, propre, et très calme.
Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute de ses clients. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre, la literie et de bonne qualité. La restauration et le petit-déjeuner sont excellents et copieux. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée trop froide à notre goût par contre un plus pour le...
「The host is just so helpful and cheerful, the room is super clean and the attention of detail from the host makes the stay so much enjoyable.
Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. 」
