Bergamo historic part of town Hotel.

Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice.

Wow. This hotel is a converted convent/ monastery and is amazing. The original features such as frescoed ceilings have been preserved when the hotel was created. Rooms were modern and very comfortable and quiet. Area is one of the nicest in the low town of Bergamo. Breakfast is served in an inner courtyard (if you want to sit outside) with bells regularly ringing from attached church.

This hotel is beautiful and we would highly recommend. It’s in a beautiful, converted monastery. Location is perfect and rooms are gorgeous with a luxury bathroom. We loved the breakfast options. The only downside was that the skylight window would not close automatically via the controls late at night and it was noisy outside and rained in the early hours. Otherwise, this hotel was really wonderful.

Nice hotel in a lovely and quiet part of town. Staff were very friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant, but had lovely cheese and meat in the bar after a late arrival. Breakfast was a little busy at times, but absolutely fine overall. Bergamo is a charming city with lots to see and Milan is close enough for a day trip by train.
