It spans 110 square meters, with direct access to the sun terrace and adjoining garden. <br>The accommodation includes three bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub, a small guest restroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two parking spaces available on the property, and two additional public parking spaces in front of the house. The garden, complete with a terrace, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a barbecue together.
