「Very nice , clean , 」

「Easy check in and clean」

「Breakfast was like eating at Mother Hubbard's kitchen, out of yogurt, bagels, but no way to cut them to toast them, coffee was like mud with only fake creamer, tea water was not even hot enough to brew the tea. The hotel is Hilton bottom line hotel, no coffee maker in room or microwave, no outdoor sitting area or pool. Spent another $10 and go to the Holiday Inn Express 」

「Shower was broken. Didn’t work. Left two messages for manager to call. We really should get a credit of sorts. Still no call. Was ice cold unless you held up. Reported to desk who said since third party that we needed to tell manager. Makes me think twice about booking through Expedia and also realizing management terrible at this hotel. We drove 8 hours and couldn’t take a nice shower 」

「Hotel is run down, dangerous at night, I came in late from my event, people outside in parking lot music loud, smoking and drinking. Room next to me, seemed like a long stay tenant, dog barking, loud music and loud talking. Everyone at front desk was sketchy. Will not stay at this location again. The only plus it’s next to outlet.」

「The home is modern and cozy. Very comfortable for our family of 4. It is convenient to downtown and NC State campus. 」

「Always smells so clean when I walk into the lobby. The morning breakfast is always so fresh. The housekeepers are very thorough. All staff are very friendly.」

「Friendly staff, good water pressure, working tv, bigger than expected fridge, and quiet for being next to the I-95 highway. But the room we had was poorly lit so it was hard to know how clean the floor and bed spread were since we arrived late at night. The room also had a strange odor that compelled us to prop open the door to try to air it out. The water at the sink only ran hot (not even warm) so washing up was uncomfortable. We will not be returning.」

「First time in my month long trip i had to throw hands with a roach. No Elevator period and like half the things they did have were out of service. 」

「The room air conditioner wasn’t working when we came in. Staff had to reset, But did do it right away. Room had a strong urine odor. We were on the 2nd floor and two rooms down from the elevator and could hear it every time it moved. Other La Quintas we have stayed at have nice hot coffee bars with all the add ons and tea. This one just had portable coffee dispensers and it was cold. The staff was very kind. Great location but probably won’t stay here again.」

「The room was very efficient with a kitchenette and separate bedroom, just what we needed. We enjoyed the gameroom very much as we visited with our son and grandson. Pool table, foosball, pinball and boardgames were great. There are lots of shops and restaurants around in walking distance, so that was convenient. 」
