"I can’t stress enough how awful this hotel stay was. The bed was absolutely filthy—stained, grimy, and it reeked. The bathroom was even worse—mold on the tiles, broken fixtures, and a persistent foul odor. Every single amenity they claimed to have was broken or missing. The whole place felt like a health hazard. Save yourself the misery—don’t stay here."

"Bed comforter had cigarette burns in it so I refuse to sleep under it and the pool had something floating in it so didn’t swim and room was ok for a night sleep but wouldn’t stay there anymore the vibe was very sketchy "

"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."
