My stay at the Best Western was personal, to attend my aunt’s funeral. From the front desk staff to maintenance everyone was pleasant and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had many options and very satisfying. The location was great.. walking distance to shops and eateries was easy. My overall stay was good considering the circumstances. I will highly recommend the Best Western hotel .

The room was clean, the staff were great, but the building itself is going downhill. The old ac unit in my first room, even off, was leaking to the point it was starting to mold. The mold came out onto their more recently painted walls. To accommodate that, they put in a window ac unit. The first room also had an issue with the shower faucets. Turn on any single one of them and water starts to shoot out the back of the cold water nob. Even though they offered to immediately fix the shower faucet, we didn't think it a good idea to be in the room with mold. They moved me to a second room. The shower was great in this one, but the ac unit was questionable at best. However, I cannot tell you how nice the staff were at this hotel. It will all come down to your tolerance of what you expect your room to be because the staff are worth being there!

Our stay was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was much smaller than expected but it was clean. Also, there isn’t mini fridge or microwave, but there is a safe in the room. It’s in the middle of time square so there are plenty of things to explore without going too far from the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay if you want just a nice clean room to sleep in.

The pool staff was terrific, Mac, Maureen and Rob were very nice and attentive. The staff at the check in desk were very nice, in particular Sharon. As well was Lois in the restaurant.
