"Our stay included two kids and everyone was very happy. It's a good value for the price and it's close to everything. We liked Boomer's Drive In for food which was close by.
The gentleman who checked us in was helpful and the beds were comfortable."
"The owner, the managers, housekeeping, and maintenance were ALL very helpful, and pleasant. Examples of helpful and pleasant owner and team members are as follows:
- When a room on the 1st floor became available, I asked a man from Maintenance if he could take my big piece of luggage down the stairs and lift it into the car. He did so with a smile and offered to do more if needed
- A young lady from housekeeping (who was working upstairs) happily agreed to get me a few items I needed. When she realized her cart was out of a couple of items, she RAN across the second story and down the stairs. She did the same back up the stairs. She also smiled as and asked if I needed anyrhing else.
- When I asked for early check-in after I changed rooms from the 2nd story to the 1st floor, the manager waived the Early Check-in fee, because I had my dog with me during a heat wave.
The Bellingham Motel 6 is dog-friendly AND does NOT charge any fees for dogs. They have a well maintained pool. And they have a convenient laundry service at a reasonable rate. In addition, they are at a great location near Western WA University and the Port of Bellingham, as well as near museums, many good restaurants, and many other tourist attractions. They are 5 stars out of 5 stars!"
"Room was good, bed comfy. No coffee in room, had to go to breakfast room to get coffee. Cold breakfast, nothing special. Good location. Across from mini mall with Fred Meyers."
"I travel a lot, and this is one of the nicest hotel suites I’ve ever stayed in!
The manager “David” was amazing and very personable.
I’ve stayed at La Quinta’s over the years and always enjoy my stays.
The parking was plentiful. There are many restaurants within 10-15 minutes.
There’s a Fred Meyer’s grocery store right next door if you’re hungry for restaurant fare.
The room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious too.
Breakfast was good and filling!
I still can’t get over how large and spacious the suite was."
