「Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

「周辺環境、ホテルそのもの、スタッフの対応どれも最高でした。特に、プールは広くしかも水深もあり十分に楽しめました。 少し残念だったのは一部、工事中だったこと。 また、ホテルはアヌシー湖の湖畔の少し高いところにあるため眺めは最高でしたが階段が多いのでお年寄りには少しきついかも分かりません。 大変お勧めのホテルです。」

「Suite Andrea avec une vue splendide sur le lac, personnel au petit soin. Chambre bien agencée, tout était en place pour une arrivée avec les enfants. Localisation parfaite pour les promenades au bord du lac. Un spa à l’étage inférieur bien pensé avec salle de sport et un personnel très bienveillant et intentionné. La piscine chauffée un petit plus chaud que 28 C pour les enfants aurait été beaucoup confortable. L’ensemble était un petit weekend bien agréable avec une vue sur le lac et les...
