「It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . 」

「Es un lugar maravilloso! El hotel queda inmerso en la montaña y queda literal en medio de pistas de ski. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado (cocina con todos los electrodomésticos) y es muy agradable, con una vista hermosa de la montaña. Además en el complejo hay restaurantes y un mini-supermercado muy surtido. Había leído un comentario que decía que casi no se conseguía viveres y me preocupaba, pero es muy fácil.」

「Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.」

「The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! 」
