「I got the "royal" treatment at the Maison Royal. It's conveniently around the corner from my favorite jazz clubs on Frenchmen: Snug Harbor, where I had tickets to a terrific sold-out show, and the more casual Bamboula's. The room is tastefully furnished and has two comfortable chairs, allowing me to host a friend who dropped by and admired the digs. It was my fifth time in NOLA, and the 2nd time I visited during a cold spell, so I was thankful that the room provided heating as well as A/C....

「This was an ideal location for our week in Nola which was a combo of pleasure and work. The host was five stars incredible, and we loved our stay!! 「Everyone in New Orleans is nice The house is a "shotgun" so the living room is first followed by walk thru bedrooms X 2 then the kitchen and baths. My party had no issues with this but if someone is very shy they may take offense. There is a great diner on the corner run by the lovely Fatma, Fabulous coffee. My only suggestion is to add a hook or two in the smaller bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property」
