"Interesting place. Overall, it was a nice place in a good location to walk around. The condo was outfitted better than some other places. The door access code system was a bit fishy. When the door was "locked" via code and not the deadbolt, I was locked out and had to call for help. There is no office on sight (which would be helpful), the nongarage parking was good, the parking garage was built for smart cars, not SUVs (not ideal for a ski town), the hot tub was ok, but would be better to have...

"Beautiful and modern property. We utilized all four levels of the property which are connected via stairs. Location is ideal within Winter Park. Close to the highway, shopping, restaurants and park. Amazing soundproofing from the outside. Some minor maintenance needed (kitchen cabinet door below sink falling off, island kitchen drawer needing attention, 1st level toilet seat loose, MBR restroom toilet paper holder falling off wall, grill). The minor issues identified did not detract from our enjoying the property. Our family enjoyed the nice hot tub and eating smores around the fire pit. Host communicated perfectly via emails and texts. Property within a developing neighborhood. Landscaping in the developing neighborhood is a work in progress. However, the views from the rooftop patio were priceless!"

"This is an excellent choice for a family staying in Winter Park. The only reason the cleanliness rating took a hit was because the host had a miscommunication with their cleaning crew, who cleaned the wrong condo the day before we arrived. Once we checked in and found it not ready for our arrival, she had them there within minutes, and by the time we got back from lunch, it was spotless and ready for our stay.The location is terrific, right next to an outdoor concert venue and walking distance from the shops and restaurants, as well as a short 5-minute drive from some pleasant hiking trails above the town.This is perhaps the most organized and well-marked place we’ve stayed, everything labeled and easy to find. The balcony has an excellent mountain view, and the pool/hot tub are right across the parking lot.We didn’t need them on Memorial Day Weekend, but the radiant heating in the floors would be pretty clutch in the winter time I’m sure. Great thoughtfulness reflected in that addition.Overall a terrific stay and would definitely make this a first look if we return back to Winter Park!"

"Definitely a 5 star stay for us. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that you could need for a short or long stay. The location for us was perfect, 5 minutes to the ski area at Winter Park, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short car ride to the grocery and activities for the days that we did not ski. Our hosts (Sylvie and Bo) were readily available before, during and after our stay to make sure that all was well and to respond to any needs or questions that we had. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the Winter Park area. "

"What an amazing place to stay in Winter Park! Completely exceeded our expectations, thank you! Beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and tastefully decorated, views were amazing, hot tub was superb! We walked to everything, particularly loved the close walk to the Grand County Rec Center for swimming, basketball and weight room. Everything in the condo made for the perfect vacation for our family of two young adults, two older adults and one very happy dog! "
