"This place is just awesome! It's right in the middle of town, walkable to restaurants and shops, a 5 minute drive from Winter Park, and a perfect blend of modern chic and winter coziness. John is such a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable host who made us feel right at home! The common areas include a bar serving beers, cocktails, and snacks (all delicious local brands) and a hot tub on the second floor outdoor terrace overlooking the front of the property. Our room - the Bear - was spacious, sparkling clean, and perfectly decorated. It has a large walk-in closet, his/her sinks, a soaking tub (plus separate shower), a mini-fridge, modern fixtures, and high-tech everything - including a sound machine! It can be rare these days to find family-owned properties with proprietors who clearly love what they do and take such pride in creating 'a home away from home' for us weary travelers. Winter Park Chateau is such a gem, and we can't wait to come back!"

"We had a great stay! The condo is very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. The condo is very inviting and has a mountain charm to it. The proximity to town and Winter Park resort was phenomenal! Within a minute you're into the village of Winter Park and it takes about 4 minutes to get from the condo to the parking lot of Winter Park ski resort. Brad made access to the condo very convenient especially since we had a late flight and came in during late hours. Without a doubt we would stay at this property again. Brad also did a great job checking in to make sure all is going well and his response time was very quick. Thank you!"
