Overall, the stay was decent and the hotel met my basic needs. The property felt safe, and Orocasio was especially kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my experience at the café was uncomfortable due to one staff member who was unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. I suggest retraining or educating staff that guests pay to stay at hotel and because of this interaction, I likely wouldn’t stay here again, though aside from that issue the hotel itself was fine.

Exceptional experience at Libertad Hotel!
From the initial booking thru the WhatsApp communication internationally to the arrival and the entire stay- simply amazing customer service. A quite small boutique setting with delicious daily breakfasts a warm indoor pool and sought after Recoleta location. Any and every detail was attended to promptly and with Buenos Aires warmth and hospitality. Would highly recommend.
