Extra large hot tub replaced with artesian well water prior to your stay. Oysters & clams on the beach. Seals, otters, and eagles. Sandy beach goes out 200 yards at low tide to some eel grass beds which harbor crabs and bait fish. Summer water gets up in the 70’s Float dock Gas fireplace inside and firetable on deck. row boat, kayaks, canoe, stand up paddle board firewood supplied for waterside fire pit, loads of flowers, very peaceful fenced yard, parking for 8 cars, pets ok
