Language was a big problem but the staff always wanted to help we use the translator app on the phone to communicate and did well. The hotel staff even walk me to the ATM when the bank was closed.

Went there in the morning...8 AM. Was able to view the pandas quite easily. I imagine it would get busy later in the day.
