"Clean, convenient for trams. Other than breakfast (paid) the only tea/coffee facility is a vending machine, that you have to pay for. B&B Hotel in Antwerp was far better, with free 24 hour coffee machine in breakfast area. Paper cups not replaced when room cleaned"

I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts. "
