Leider war es uns in der Wohnung,bei milderem Dezemberwetter, zu kühl. Die Heizkörper reichten nicht aus, die Wohnung warm zu bekommen. Erst nach einem über 2 stündigen Telefonat mit der Hilfe Hotline, die trotz deutscher Sprachauswahl nur auf Englisch verfügbar war, wurde uns bestätigt, dass unsere Buchung storniert werden konnte und der Betrag erstattet werden würde.
