「The room is accurately described in the photos. Upon seeing the billing from the outside, I was a bit concerned because it is nothing much to look at…so to speak. However, once inside, the room was great. The only drawback - and this is not the fault of the owners – is that it is a couple of units away from the main bridge that people drive and walk across. Unfortunately, there were numerous times when the typical cars with fins and modified exhaust made their presence late at night. Otherwise...

「Disappointed that photos show patio view from back of hotel room and this is not the room we booked (but wanted). Patio door lock is broken, would not lock at all. Pillows were overly firm. Would be nice to have 1 set of firm and 1 set of soft for guests to choose from.」

「Hot water was unreliable the first night of our stay. Our bathroom door didn't shut/latch. There is no fan in the bathroom. There is mold behind the door and in the shower (probably frok lack of ventilation). The door code provided to us was wrong, and we were not provided the correct code until the next day AFTER we had already checked out. There is not a microwave in the room or available onsite. There were multiple pieces of a previous tenant's hair on the shower wall. This stay has seriously...
