Room was filled with little bugs / all over ceiling and the comforter on bed full of dead ones . Something was wrong with electrical in pool so it was very cloudy and dirty , we didn’t even get in it . I reported bugs a couple times and still haven’t received a response . We have been staying here for years and never had a bad stay . Disappointed with the resort overall , seems like it’s going down hill , there’s not much up keep

Lake Getaway

Our stay at the Grandview was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the jet tub. We would definitely stay again as it was very affordable.

Great walking distance into town. Beautiful wineries within short drive. Highly recommend Tipsy Canton winery!

Great location, view, but dated, and pool not appealing

Check in staff were pretty unmotivated and not very helpful. The layout is unusual, with multiple buildings and the staff didn't explain clearly how to get to our unit. The unit itself had a nice view and the tub was a great feature. Bathroom and the buildings themselves are dated back to the 60s and need some remodeling. The pool was overrun by noisy kids and lounge chairs also felt like they were there since the 50s so we didnt feel comfortable using it. My gripe is finally regarding cleaning fees - not sure why we have to take out all the trash and wash dishes since we are oaying these fees already

Perfectly sized unit for a couple on a 3 night stay. Great location near downtown Chelan. Some of the common areas could have been cleaner, but overall a five-star experience.

Grandview - Chelan

Lovely accommodations! Nice room with balcony on/over the lake. Room was neat and tidy and recently updated. Comfy king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and tv. Room has a large jacuzzi tub, not something we were interested in using. It takes up a good portion of floor space in the unit. East facing, which was nice, up with the sun, but room was in shade late afternoon and early evening.

Just down time for me.

Super quiet even tho I had neighbors. The staff was super nice & the view is AMAZING. The twinkling lights @ night & sound of water was PERFECT!!

Pros: The view...right over the lake Jetted tub Comfortable bed Within walking distance of downtown Refrigerator in room Dresser and hangers in closet Great parking Pool and pool bar!! Cons: Lots of trash in the parking garage Really small bathroom Additional charge for housekeeping I would definitely stay at this property again!

The size of the room appeared to be much larger in the ad than what it actually was..

I was quoted a price for the room and many other high priced fees were added to the final price. The room was much smaller than what was shown in the add. I won’t be renting this place again. There was not good communication from the time i paid my money to the time I checked in.
