5/5 - Excellent
It was nice @ quiet!

The staff and service can’t be beat. Just wish the pool bar was open more days.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful. All the staff are happy and warm. They made it a point to speak to me every time a staff member saw me. The room was stunning and clean.

Older style Art Deco hotel with the Flying Horse. I was upgraded as an Expedia Gold member. Very central. Only complaint was very slow internet but would recommend.

Loved the hotel, rooms, beds, rooftop bar and pool. Bathroom door would not stay closed which was kinda awkward

Everything was excellent!
The fire alarm went off at 5:40am. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Room stayed warmer than I’d like even though we changed the thermostat. Elevator was broken and the stairs with luggage and 3 small children was a nightmare. Would recommend is these were
Nice place. Convenient to Fort Worth and Arlington which is why we were there.
Lot of dining options on walking distance from the hotel, some of them open until somewhere in the night.
Other guests who go downstairs to eat breakfast totally barefoot is really disgusting. I usually never return to a hotel chain where guests are allowed to show up at breakfast barefoot. I saw that Sunday morning.
