Oct 13, 2019The fire alarm went off at 5:40am. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Room stayed warmer than I’d like even though we changed the thermostat. Elevator was broken and the stairs with luggage and 3 small children was a nightmare. Would recommend is these were

Sep 3, 2019Other guests who go downstairs to eat breakfast totally barefoot is really disgusting. I usually never return to a hotel chain where guests are allowed to show up at breakfast barefoot. I saw that Sunday morning.
