"I had to cancel my stay because of allergies. Communication was great from the booking to canceling. They told me i have to call expedia for refund. When i called expedia they told me they will have to call the motel to confirm. But when expedia called them they declined the request for refund. Expedia customer service still went ahead and gave me refund. "

"My room was very clean and nice. I expected to pay way more than what I actually paid. I can’t remember the receptionist name that check me in on 5/9/26 at 3pm but she was amazing. The breakfast was great. Thank you for making my stay wonderful."
