"Stood at the front desk during normal business hours and waited over 20 mins for someone to come check me in. Some areas smelled like weed really bad. I got a room with a king bed and a hot tub when I first checked in they put me in a room with two double beds and no hot tub. Called down they gave me an excuse So I asked for a refund for at least part of my room and they said the room I'm in costs the same amount. After talking to them for a little bit they said they would try to find a room that would work that had a hot tub. A half hour later they came and gave me a cart for a different room. "

"The parking was very accommodating for our Handicapped needs. The woman who ran the kitchen was incredible! How gracious and helpful! "

"I thought this was a very nice property however I didn't understand why I wasn't able to check into a Jacuzzi room with my 9-year-old but she could go in the jacuzzi in the swimming pool area I was having a bad vacation and I really wanted that jetted tub instead I ended up with two queens it was very nice place nice breakfast nice people so it was okay but I really would have liked that tub"

"The entire room was clean and efficient. It felt like an apartment. Breakfast at the inn was excellent! Love the variety. Also loved that coffee was available 24 hours a day. The staff were polite and ready to serve. I recommend Residence Inn highly."

"This beautiful property was a perfect setting to stay while in town for my son’s wedding. It is close to all the great things the Shenango Valley has to offer. It is clean and well appointed. "
