「I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort 」

「Doing an event in Bedford so stayed the night before. Very convenient location close to Bedford, very clean and excellent value for money. Staff were efficient and friendly. Even though there was a wedding with an evening DJ we had a room at the back of the hotel and were not disturbed by the disco. Great pub less than 10 minute walk away.」

「This was one of the most charming places I've stayed. Staff was all so kind and friendly and accommodating. Got their fish & chips my first meal there, and it was p h e n o m e n a l. ONLY thing I would recommend is adding a hot breakfast option! I honestly did not need/want it while I was there with my schedule and was perfectly happy without (they were kind to provide breakfast oats/juice/bars), but it would be a great add-on to consider providing a hot breakfast for future customers! 「The location sits beside the river Ouse. Beautiful location. Restaurants, shops, mall, all nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was immaculate and checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything. The restaurant was fabulous, outside seating and reasonably priced. I made this home for two weeks while I visited from Seattle. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely return here when I come back again. Highly recommended!」
