"I came to the hotel at night to find that my room door was not properly closed. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room, however, the door must have been unsecured for the whole day since the room was cleaned by the hotel staff. "Room was clean and spacious, had a mini-kitchen. WiFi worked very well. Gym was rather small, but did the job. They have heated pool that looked very nice. They offered massage, but be aware you have to book ahead of time. Staff was very nice. They let me store my suitcase for a few days after checkout, while I went exploring small towns of Patagonia."
