Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety ...

The room was dirty. The floor was dirty. There were food and crumbs in the sofa bed. No linens in the room for the sofa bed and we had to go to the office twice to get the correct linens. Stylish Private Suite in the heart of Brandywine Valley
The unit is exactly as described. Very nice place. The owners were very thoughtful from a welcome note to refilling the coffee K-cups. We would definitely look this place up again if we come back this way.
